Each collection holds four full-size pouches wrapped in tissue inside a black Salivate! gift box, with a message card whose QR code opens the recipes.

Trading terms

The details

Ordering

Your first order must be at least $252, in any mix of blends and collections. Reorders have no minimum.

  • Blends are ordered by the carton of 12 pouches of one blend. Order as many different blends as you like.
  • Collections are ordered by the single box.
  • To order, use our wholesale page or email us the SKUs and quantities.
  • New accounts need your business name, ABN, delivery address and a contact name and phone number with the first order.
  • Confirmation: we reply to confirm stock, freight and your invoice before anything ships. An order is accepted once we confirm it.

Payment and GST

First orders are paid in full before dispatch. After that, invoices are due 7 days from the invoice date, by bank transfer to the account on the invoice.

  • GST: Salivate! Food is not registered for GST, so no GST is added. If that changes, we will tell you before your next order.
  • Freight is added to the invoice as a separate line.
  • Overdue accounts: new orders are held until any overdue invoice is paid.

Dispatch and freight

Orders are packed and sent within 5 business days of our confirmation, Australia-wide.

  • Freight is quoted when we confirm your order, based on its size and your delivery address.
  • Christmas and busy periods: order early. We will tell you on confirmation if dispatch will take longer.

Damages, returns and storage

Tell us about damaged, missing or incorrect stock within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we will replace or credit it.

  • Change of mind: because these are food products, we can't accept returns of stock that arrived in good condition.
  • Storage: keep pouches in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and sell older stock first.

Selling Salivate!

The RRP of $18.95 a pouch and $85.00 a box is a recommendation only. You set your own retail price.

  • Product details: every blend is vegan and gluten free, with no salt, sugar, fillers or MSG.
  • Photos and descriptions for shelf talkers or your website are available on request.

Allergens and price changes

Pistachio Dukkah and the Levant Collection contain pistachios, cashews and sesame. Hazelnut Dukkah contains tree nuts. Ask us for full allergen details on any blend.

  • Price changes: we give 30 days' written notice. Orders we have already confirmed keep the old price.
