My name is Christine and I have been working and playing with food since I was 12 years old.  For years I have made it my mission to discover as many different foods and cuisines I can and then share it with others. This has led me to working in restaurants, hotels and resorts in Indonesia, Spain, Greece, the UK, Amsterdam and Australia. What I have found has delighted and amazed me. I love the celebration of creating a beautiful meal for loved ones. I love the sharing, the joy and the laughter that sitting together over food, brings.I am fascinated by how different cultures treat the notion of food. For most, it is a ritual, an act of love, an intrinsic part of every day life.
